Agentic OS — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Tech Targets, LLC (“Tech Targets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Agentic OS (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy covers two categories of individuals:
- Account users — people who sign up for and use the Service on behalf of an organization (“Customer”).
- Data subjects in Customer Data — third parties whose information appears in the data a Customer connects to the Service (e.g., a Customer’s own clients, contacts, or correspondents). For that data, the Customer is the controller and Tech Targets acts as a processor/service provider on the Customer’s instructions.
1. Information we collect
a) Account and contact information. Name, email, organization, role, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Google or Microsoft single sign-on).
b) Customer Data ingested through Connectors. When a Customer connects a data source, the Service ingests data from it to provide the Service. Depending on the Connectors a Customer enables, this may include: email messages and metadata; contacts; calendar events; files and documents; CRM records (jobs, estimates, invoices, client details); accounting and financial records; business reviews; and phone call recordings, transcripts, and SMS/text messages. Connectors are enabled at the Customer’s direction.
c) Usage and device information. Log data such as IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, feature usage, and timestamps, collected to operate and secure the Service.
d) Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- ingest, organize, index, and retrieve Customer Data as directed by the Customer;
- generate AI-assisted outputs at the Customer’s request (see Section 4);
- authenticate users and secure accounts;
- provide support and communicate about the Service;
- monitor performance, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Data to advertise to third parties.
3. Google user data (Limited Use)
If a Customer connects a Google service (e.g., Gmail, Google Workspace, or Google Business Profile), our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use Google user data only to provide and improve the Service’s user-facing features, do not transfer it except as necessary to provide those features or as required by law, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with the Customer’s consent, for security, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated/anonymized. We apply materially equivalent limitations to data received from Microsoft APIs.
4. AI processing and subprocessors
The Service uses third-party large language model providers to process Customer Data and generate outputs. Relevant data may be transmitted to these providers to fulfill a Customer request. We select providers whose terms do not permit using Customer Data to train their general-purpose models. Our current subprocessors include:
| Subprocessor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Fly.io | Application and compute hosting |
| Supabase | Data storage and authentication |
| OpenRouter and LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, DeepSeek) | AI-assisted features |
| Groq | Audio/voicemail transcription |
| Resend | Transactional email |
| Cloudflare | DNS and content delivery |
5. How we share information
We share information only:
- with subprocessors who process it on our behalf under contract (Section 4);
- with the Customer organization on whose behalf we hold the data;
- to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety;
- in a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to this policy;
- with your consent.
6. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Customer Data is retained per the Customer’s configuration and our Terms; after termination, Customer Data is available for export for 30 days and then deleted, subject to legal-hold requirements and routine encrypted backup cycles (which age out over time).
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, tenant isolation and row-level access controls, secrets management, least-privilege access, and audited backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object or withdraw consent.
- Account users can exercise these by contacting us at team@techtargs.com.
- Data subjects in Customer Data: because the Customer controls that data, please direct requests to the relevant Customer organization; we will assist them as their processor.
California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or “share” (as defined) personal information. California residents may request access and deletion and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising rights.
EEA/UK (GDPR): where GDPR applies, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. For Customer Data we act as a processor under the Customer’s instructions.
9. International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
