Agentic OS — Privacy Policy

Tech Targets, LLC (“Tech Targets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Agentic OS (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

This policy covers two categories of individuals:

1. Information we collect

a) Account and contact information. Name, email, organization, role, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Google or Microsoft single sign-on).

b) Customer Data ingested through Connectors. When a Customer connects a data source, the Service ingests data from it to provide the Service. Depending on the Connectors a Customer enables, this may include: email messages and metadata; contacts; calendar events; files and documents; CRM records (jobs, estimates, invoices, client details); accounting and financial records; business reviews; and phone call recordings, transcripts, and SMS/text messages. Connectors are enabled at the Customer’s direction.

c) Usage and device information. Log data such as IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, feature usage, and timestamps, collected to operate and secure the Service.

d) Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Data to advertise to third parties.

3. Google user data (Limited Use)

If a Customer connects a Google service (e.g., Gmail, Google Workspace, or Google Business Profile), our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use Google user data only to provide and improve the Service’s user-facing features, do not transfer it except as necessary to provide those features or as required by law, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with the Customer’s consent, for security, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated/anonymized. We apply materially equivalent limitations to data received from Microsoft APIs.

4. AI processing and subprocessors

The Service uses third-party large language model providers to process Customer Data and generate outputs. Relevant data may be transmitted to these providers to fulfill a Customer request. We select providers whose terms do not permit using Customer Data to train their general-purpose models. Our current subprocessors include:

6. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Customer Data is retained per the Customer’s configuration and our Terms; after termination, Customer Data is available for export for 30 days and then deleted, subject to legal-hold requirements and routine encrypted backup cycles (which age out over time).

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, tenant isolation and row-level access controls, secrets management, least-privilege access, and audited backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object or withdraw consent.

California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or “share” (as defined) personal information. California residents may request access and deletion and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising rights.

EEA/UK (GDPR): where GDPR applies, our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. For Customer Data we act as a processor under the Customer’s instructions.

9. International transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
